The BV of JUMBO is great as the whey protein has good digestibility and amino acid composition. The other dietary sources of high BV are meat, fish, egg, milk and soy. The main ingredient of JUMBO is 6-Carb Carbohydrate Matrix. The extra ingredient is Creatine.
